Digital Service Terms
These terms govern the provision of the CALLORA™ digital service in accordance with applicable digital services regulations.
1. Definitions
• Digital service: A service enabling access to data in digital form
• CALLORA™: AI receptionist service
• Client: User of the digital service
2. Functionality and Compatibility
The Service requires: stable internet connection, phone line, and web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
3. Updates
The Provider commits to regularly updating the Service and maintaining backward compatibility.
4. Conformity Liability
The Provider is responsible for ensuring the Service meets agreed specifications. Warranty: 2 years from activation.
5. Rights in Case of Defects
In case of defects, you have the right to free defect removal, appropriate discount, or contract withdrawal.
