Complaints Procedure
This Complaints Procedure governs the process for filing complaints about Callora s.r.o. services.
1. Right to Complain
Clients have the right to complain about Service defects in accordance with consumer protection laws.

3. Deadlines
• Receipt confirmation: within 48 hours
• Complaint resolution: within 30 days
4. Resolution Methods
Depending on the nature of the defect: defect removal, price reduction, refund, or service extension.
5. Alternative Dispute Resolution
You may use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact your local consumer protection authority.
